What habit are you keeping post-pandemic? Reaching out more to check in on family and friends who I don’t get to see very often. There is no need to wait for a special occasion or for my travels to stay close to the people I love. The more frequent touch points, even the small ones, have brought me more joy, in a particularly challenging year.
