1. What is a digital subscription?

A digital subscription provides access to Cablefax Daily content in two ways – online and by email. As a paid subscriber, you will receive the stories by email each business day. Subscribers can also access their content at cablefax.com with the use of a subscriber ID and password.

2. Can I share my digital subscription?

No. Cablefax Daily content is covered by copyright laws. Please do not forward the PDF issue of Cablefax Daily or share your login credentials. It’s against the law to copy or electronically transmit the newsletter without our permission. Reproduction in whole or in part prohibited. By using our e-mail delivery service, you understand and agree that we may use tracking software to ensure copyright compliance. This software forwards to us certain technical and usage data from any computer that opens this email.

3. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. You will receive a pro-rated refund for all unserved issues.

4. Do you offer corporate subscriptions or group discounts.

Yes. Since Cablefax Daily is sold on a per user basis, we recommend organizations select a group or enterprise license program. This is more cost effective and avoids a risk of copyright violation by passing around issues.

Please contact [email protected] for pricing and information.

5. How do I change the email address that’s associated with my digital subscription or make other changes to my account?

Please feel free to contact [email protected] about any changes or questions regarding your account.

6. What if I don’t want to subscribe — can I still read Cablefax Daily for free?

Visitors have free access to a limited number of articles each month on cablefax.com. Your free, limited access resets every 30 days.

You many also sign up for a complimentary three-week trial to view the daily issues and sample a subscription. Please go here to register for a trial.
