- Email Delivery Service with PDF issues attached.
- Password access subscription content on Cablefax.com.
By subscribing to Cablefax Daily, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service.

1. GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
1.1. Definitions
The term “Cablefax Daily subscription” refers to paid content available from Cablefax Daily, delivered to subscribers by email and posted online.
1.2. About Cablefax Daily subscriptions
Subscriptions to Cablefax Daily are sold on a per user basis. Only one person may use the user name and password associated with a subscription account as well as the emailed issues.
The exception to this policy is organizations that purchase enterprise license subscriptions. In this case, specific rights to broad access to content and distribution are permitted within the organization. Please contact [email protected] for information on site licenses.
1.3 Copyright
It’s against the law to copy or electronically transmit the newsletter without our permission. Reproduction in whole or in part prohibited. By using our e-mail delivery service, you understand and agree that we may use tracking software to ensure copyright compliance. This software forwards to us certain technical and usage data from any computer that opens this email.
1.4. Processing and Payment
Cablefax Daily accepts major credit cards, including American Express, Discovery, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment by check and wire transfer. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.
If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription, product or access will be terminated. Contact [email protected] if you believe your access was terminated in error.
1.5. Pricing & Terms
When you purchase a Cablefax Daily subscription, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes.
Discount and promotional eligibility is determined at the time of the order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
All prices are in United States Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
Cablefax Daily reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a product changes from what was stated at the time of your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your subscription or purchase from that point forward.
Applicable taxes may vary by state. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.
1.6. Billing
Cablefax Daily subscriptions are sold by length of term, typically one year, two year, six months or 3 months. Prior to the end of your term, you will be notified of your upcoming renewal and offered opportunity to purchase a new term of service.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
2.1. Cancellation and Refunds of Cablefax Daily Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. You will receive a pro-rated refund for all unserved issues. You will not receive a refund on issues already delivered to you under your term.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If Cablefax Daily is temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
2.3. Changing your Subscription
When you change your subscription, you will receive a pro-rated credit toward your new subscription. Please contact [email protected] for information on changing your subscription.
