Book, movie or TV series that greatly influenced my leadership style: My leadership style has evolved significantly as I’ve been faced with various challenges and opportunities. There are, however, certain leadership traits that I will always value. One book that helped drive home the power of empathy and caring was Octavia Butler’s “Parable of the Sower.”
