today, some will retreat to the “liberal” and “conservative” corners and argue. But the results are bad in the long run whichever “side” you are on, because if we allow one or the other “side” to exclusively define the words, we’re all, eventually, in trouble.

The underlying reason given for being more averse to blatant bias or discrimination has always been, especially in the context of broadcast law, that we’re dealing with a very limited commodity: the broadcast spectrum.
