In addition to spearheading strategy, Gosalia oversees Cox Media, the company’s advertising division. She has her hand in a bit of everything, with her team recently launching Cox2M, a new business line that provides comprehensive commercial IoT solutions. It’s been deployed out of the gate to 500,000 vehicles, making it the largest low-power wireless deployment in the nation. Her team is also testing a personal response system that helps consumers more safely age in place in their homes. Gosalia is also Cox’s executive sponsor of the Pride LGBTQ+ employee resource group. Aside from English, she speaks Spanish, Gujarati and Hindi. She recommends those just entering the media industry “be receptive to change. Tomorrow in our industry will not look like yesterday.”
