Even before the pandemic sent broadband traffic surging, Davis was busy making sure Comcast’s networks and processes were secure and airtight. She’s credited with revolutionizing the company’s security posture, preparing it for DDOS attacks that were three to four times larger than previous predictions. Under Davis’ leadership, teams across Comcast are now accountable for how they measure up from a security perspective. A previous Women in Technology winner, Davis is a champion of women both in and outside of tech. She is a board member for TechWomen, leads D&I efforts, speaks at industry forums and personally mentors a number of people, including some of her peers at partner companies.
