Davis is Comcast’s resident cybersecurity champion, leading the company’s approach to cloud security and recruiting security researchers to make its products safer for consumers. She also has advocated for further cybersecurity training not just among her direct reports, but across the entire engineering group. Thanks to Davis, more than 75% of Comcast’s engineering teams have completed “yellow belt” security training. Her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed by others in the industry. Davis won the 2018 WICT/SCTE-ISBE Women in Technology award for her efforts and devotion to guiding the next generation of young women into STEM-related fields.
