Henderson oversees all SCTE-ISBE marketing events, which includes the massive undertaking that is Cable-Tec Expo. When the Colorado Convention Center was turned into an emergency COVID-19 alternative care facility, Henderson was tasked with transforming one of the industry’s largest and most important events into a virtual exhibition. The 2019 Women in Technology Winner is also the lead SCTE-ISBE representative to WICT and FIRST Robotics, and has leadership roles in partnerships with the Society for Broadband Professionals and ANGA COM.
The conversation about racial injustice in 2020 has been… shades of James Baldwin: “Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced,” and action taken to change.
