Ceasar is charged with the difficult task of managing and always evolving Comcast’s critical infrastructure equipment within its technical access network facilities. A day could include defining new standards or processes or monitoring and metering telemetry. She focuses on leveraging evolving technologies and trends in energy management, power and cooling operations to ensure Comcast’s access network facilities are operating at peak efficiency. She puts the same care into testing and evaluating Comcast products, taking every measure to ensure they’re ready to serve customers reliably. How has she learned to remain nimble and flexible when things aren’t going to plan? Ceasar has trained in improv comedy, allowing her to adapt to any situation, funny or not!
