It’s never a dull day in the office for Hsiung. As Disney Channel continues to deliver a growing stable of live-action and animated series and movies, her oversight for the production companies behind the scenes has grown as well. This past year she was responsible for more than three dozen series and movies on Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior, including the “Adventures in Babysitting” reboot. Among her upcoming projects is sequel “Descendants 2.” When kids and families watch Disney networks, “they want to see a world that reflects themselves,” she says. “Disney Channels Worldwide celebrates cultural diversity in our stories and characters.”
