At our deadline Tuesday, the House Commerce committee was still in the process of marking up 18 bills, including the TV Viewer Protection Act that would extend the STELAR satellite distant signal license by five years, extend good faith retrans negotiating provisions to collective buying groups (like NCTC) and require greater bill/advertising transparency on price.
