Ahmad and her team are the connective tissue between Comcast and the customers it serves, ensuring the company’s products and user experience are exceeding expectations at every level. Every day, she supports company-wide goals and initiatives through her marketing communications and sales tactics. Ahmad has also been a key part of Comcast’s $100 million multi-year plan to advance social justice issues, using platforms to educate viewers on different viewpoints and experiences. One of the key projects was the launch of the “Black Voices. Black Stories” content collection on Xfinity X1 and Flex, a destination with content reflecting many aspects of the Black experience.
