Rich Jennings

Jennings has devoted the last 12 months of his life to transforming the customer experience for the 2.1 million customers in his region. He guided his team through several new Xfinity retail store openings across the region, supporting his 3,200 employees through the launches while continuing to push the X1, home automation and new Xfinity Mobile product lines. Jennings has a strong belief in balancing work, family and community and has served on the boards of the Urban League, Kiwanis, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, to name a few.
