Magesh Srinivasan

Diversity and inclusion are two pillars in Srinivasan’s approach to the workplace. He led an internal Inclusion Talk for AAPI Heritage Month with the topic “Diversity at the Top” and hosts the annual college-level internship program as a point of entry for diverse prospects who are looking to get involved in network operations. Those two pillars fuel his leadership as well, having helped implement initiatives like Charter’s ongoing cybersecurity programs.
