FCC Okays CMG, altafiber Complaint Dismissal

The FCC dismissed the retransmission consent disputes filed by Cox Media Group and altafiber against each other on Friday after hearing from both parties that they had agreed to new terms. Altafiber was the first to submit a complaint in April, claiming that Cox Media Group failed to negotiate in good faith.
