Sixth Circuit Sets Date for Title II Oral Arguments
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has scheduled oral arguments in the challenge of the FCC’s Title II order for Oct. 31 at 8:30am. The industry petitioners—which include NCTA, USTelecom and ACA Connects—will get 20 minutes for arguments as will the government respondents.
