Kanouff has spent her career chiseling a name for herself as one of the industry’s top women in tech. Most recently head of Cisco’s service provider business, she departed in August, a few months after the company inked a deal to sell off that part of the business. At the time, she noted to her colleagues in an internal memo, “My next phase… is about being able to make an impact on boards and nurturing new industries and technologies.” We can’t wait to see where she turns up next.
