The Why? As someone who leads more than 2,400 employees across sales, operations, HR, recruiting and facilities management, Bowens’ impact stretches far and wide. Outside Charter, she’s a leader in Harvard Business School’s Recover & Rebuild Initiative, which provides consulting services to help local businesses in the New York metro area build and grow. Her work as one of the founding members of the CTAM Business Services Council earned her the pedigree to write two case studies on the topics of development and inclusion.
