Suzanne Scott

Scott has been on the ball since becoming Fox News Media’s first female CEO in 2018. She helped Fox News solidify its eighth consecutive year as the most-watched cable network in 2023, which included a shakeup to the network’s primetime lineup. Her guidance also helped Fox Business top business news nets in day viewers for a second straight year, also scoring the most YOY growth with primetime viewers in the A25-54 demo. On the digital side, Fox News Digital accumulated 20.2 billion multiplatform unique visitors, more than 36.9 billion multiplatform minutes and 93.7 million monthly multiplatform unique visitors. Scott is one to recognize hard work, which is why she spearheaded the company-wide Spotlight Awards, an initiative for employees to spotlight colleagues for going above and beyond. She also advocates for organizations like Tunnel to Towers, First Responders Children’s Foundation and Save Our Allies.

Do you personally still have a traditional cable video package? Yes, yes, yes! I have boxes on all of our TVs, plus I have subscriptions to many, many streaming services and apps. I watch everything. But I strongly believe in cable TV service. It is the simplest way to get access to hundreds of channels and channel variety and for the most part has superior video quality. I believe there is a right fit for everyone out there.

What’s your position on Stanley cups (not the NHL kind)? I’m a fan! I actually had these large cups monogrammed with the FOX News Media logo as a corporate holiday gift and received an overwhelmingly positive response. Anything that you can fill up with water or other liquids to stay hydrated all day is OK by me. And I like that they fit into my car’s cup holder.

TV series everyone should binge: Selfish plug: “American Dynasty” on FOX Nation, seasons 1 and 2. Beautifully produced, scripted docuseries of some of the most powerful families in America in business including Rockefellers, Ford, Hearst, Astor and Post. Off our platforms I enjoyed the “Secrets of the Blue Zones” as I appreciated some insights to living a long and healthy, happy life!

Favorite way to de-stress? The past six months I’ve gotten back into working out and started doing Pilates regularly. At first it was like learning a foreign language using the ‘tower, cadillac and reformer’ but now it’s become an important part of my weekly routine and something I do for myself that doesn’t include any screen.
