Every network has a distinct identity, and Scott has spent the last 12 months revamping the core DNA of Fox News. She overhauled the programming lineup, including refreshing the Fox News primetime lineup as well as its daytime news coverage, and maintained high ratings through it all. Scott rose to the position of CEO in May, but she’s been set on making huge changes at Fox News since the network’s early days. She has created Women @ Fox networking programs to connect women from Fox News with colleagues spanning every 21st Century Fox company. She also launched two new mentoring programs.
