In a time where combating climate change is more important than ever, Davis has been ahead of the curve. The sustainability team is working to achieve 100% renewable energy, and by the end of 2020, there will be on-site solar installations powering a portion of the operations for all business units. Davis also achieved Comcast NBCU’s goal of achieving 500,000 environmentally friendly hours by 2020 a year ahead of schedule. Davis keeps busy mentoring dozens of female and Asian American employees, and serves as a board member of the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund.
