Gil continues cultivating Telemundo’s connection with its growing worldwide audience—including 62 million Latinos in the U.S. alone—through things like the exclusive Spanish-language U.S. broadcast of the 2022 FIFA World Cup and marketing the new content brand Tplus. She created a program for emerging Hispanic female directors and partnered with the SeeHer movement on the first WriteHerRight guide for Latina characters. Social responsibility is important to Gil, who works with the El Poder en Ti (The Power in You) and Unstoppable Women campaigns.
