Gil’s responsibilities increased last August, when she added CMO to her title, overseeing reputation, brand and corporate marketing as well as communications, corporate affairs and HR. As well as elevating Telemundo, Gil is a fierce proponent for gender parity and diversity. “Alongside our employee resource groups, we also have our award-winning corporate social responsibility initiative ‘El Poder En Ti,’ which focuses on empowerment and knowledge to inform, inspire and engage consumers across the network and in our local communities,” says the member of the Latino Advisory Panel to the Kennedy Center.

Can you share a successful diversity program at your company or one you’ve observed at another company or organization?
Telemundo speaks to a diverse audience.
