What’s a recent example of a step forward for women in the media industry?
The Me Too movement has allowed women’s voices within the media industry to be heard now more than ever before. It is empowering to see a group of women moving forward for equality in a much more visible way.

Who is an inspirational woman you admire, and why?
Mother Theresa of Calcutta is truly inspiration! Her strength and her resilience, her faith and devotion to others, and she was truly authentic and timeless leaving behind a great legacy to this world.

What’s been the most dramatic change in your sector of the business today vs. three years ago?
