Michelle Strong

Strong co-leads distribution, revenue and affiliate marketing initiatives for A+E. Her talent is undeniable, and Strong was selected for the Hearst Management Institute’s executive development program. She is also the co-lead of A+E Networks’ Multicultural Advisory Council, which provides feedback and guidance on content development and messaging strategies to ensure intentional and inclusive representation. “Organizations need to look at their talent pipeline, senior teams as well as their board of directors and determine if these areas are representative of the world we live in,” Strong says. “If the answer is no, make meaningful changes in each of these areas.”

What are some of the tough conversations this industry needs to have?
Organizations need to look at their talent pipeline, senior teams as well as their board of directors and determine if these areas are representative of the world we live in. If the answer is no, make meaningful changes in each of these areas.
