During the last year, Parker oversaw the launch of Xfinity Mobile sales by rolling it out to seven retail stories, providing cost-saving cell phone options for consumers in many areas including the western parts of both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Additionally, he was responsible for introducing a new program in which customer orders are processed correctly the first time, every time. A former military officer, Parker is dedicated to helping at-risk youth learn how to swim.
What product or service could you not live without? Xfinity X1 and especially the voice remote, which helps me find what I want to watch faster, changes channels, searches shows and so much more.
