Best advice for someone looking to re-enter the workforce after a hiatus?
There’s no one simple approach to reentering the workforce. A great initial step is to lean into your network before the search begins. Engage in conversations and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Be proactive and take the initiative to stay updated with current industry trends, changes, and new technology, as well as investigate each company to gain a better understanding of their culture and opportunities that exist. Also, look into online courses that are relevant and expand your skill set. Above all, don’t give up, be persistent and remain focused on your goals.
