Marge Jackson

The recently promoted Jackson succeeded in integrating the company’s Inbound Sales and Outbound Telesales teams to create efficiencies and drive performance. She also was pivotal in creating a sales effectiveness team that’s contributed to developing and implementing practices relating to sales strategies and processes across call center locations. Looking ahead, Jackson’s got her eye on evolving the National Call Center sales team by executing a three-year strategic roadmap. Her vision for a more modern operating model will improve agent productivity and customer experiences through advanced technology, analytics and digital capabilities—and she’s got the management acumen to keep her team motivated to succeed.
