The Why: Jackson spends time in and out of the office making an impact in diversity and inclusion. She’s played a big role in advancing Comcast’s Internet Essentials program, the Affordable Connectivity Program and its Ambassadors of the Year award which sees a $10,000 grant go toward nonprofits focused on digital equity. She Says… “Organizations and individuals have become more aware of the benefits that really come from embracing diversity. I’ve seen and experienced change over the years in promoting representation at all levels of organization, combating biases, and it’s become a strategic imperative for our business.”
