Earlier this year, LeBas announced ESPN pulled the WatchESPN video streaming app from app stores and merged its content with the core platform to simplify the company’s mobile offering to create a one-stop app destination. What specifically does your company do to support and elevate the women who work there?
We have an active women’s employee resource group that sponsors great development events for women, and men, at all levels in the company. We also have a committed group of female executives who make up the Executive Women’s Forum that focus on sponsorship, advocacy and diversity. Our culture fosters an environment of candor, straight talk and respect— striving to ensure everyone can be her authentic self.
