Lisa Blackshear

Digital care is Blackshear’s bread and butter. She’s been a champion of the initiative, performing research and implementing solutions that not only make customers happy, but make the lives of Comcast’s frontline employees easier. She led the digital transition of the “We’re On It” program in March 2018, which gave customers a digital option to contact Comcast for support. Since launch, more than 25,000 customers have used the service.
