It can be tough to work with family, but Gessner does that everyday at MCTV. She first jumped into telecom in 2008, assisting the family business with its DTV rollout. It wasn’t until after business school that she joined MCTV permanently. The start of 2018 saw her rise to her current role, one step closer to her goal of leading the company within the next ten years.
