Kieli was promoted to her new role in December 2017. She manages Discovery’s largest business outside the US, encompassing 140 markets. This year, she spearheaded a partnership with ProsiebenSat1 in Germany to deliver a next generation DTC streaming service, and was a launch partner on Amazon Channels in the UK. Kieli also helmed the broadcast of the Olympics in Europe, and created the first digital games across the continent.
