What is one of your proudest moments during the pandemic? I’m most proud of my team’s resilience – it is truly inspiring. Thousands of tax returns, negotiated settlements, new banking set-ups, and closed books in a new ERP. Even amongst screaming kids and overwhelming uncertainty, it got done.
