He provides counsel to the company’s business services division as it continues to enhance its broadband offering with new products and services. He also drafts and negotiates agreements between Mediacom and its varied business customers. “The industry has to make significant efforts to recruit from institutions that have diverse students in greater numbers,” he says.
What does your company/organization do to ensure all employees feel included?
Mediacom presents an atmosphere of inclusion at all levels by promoting many company wide events that range from informative to simply good fun. Company wide recognition events saluting our valued team members at all organizational levels are part of the Mediacom DNA.

What questions is the industry not yet asking in its efforts to be more diverse and inclusive that it should be?
I believe one question the industry is not yet universally asking is, what is the Net Promoter Score for the industry. As a diverse member of the industry would you recommend the industry to other diverse candidates and if not, why not?
