Jana Winograde

Winograde helps put the sizzle in Showtime, not only overseeing every aspect of programming, but spearheading production, program operations, business affairs, casting, scheduling and research. 2021 saw the return of “Dexter” and the premiere of “American Rust.” As Winograde has climbed the ladder at Showtime, she’s always maintained an open-door policy, serving as a mentor and sounding board to colleagues, particularly women. But she also knows the importance of male allyship. “Mark Pedowitz was my first boss on the entertainment side of the business and he was, and still is, a mentor, a teacher, and an incredible role model of what it means to be a leader,” she says.
