Freddy Rolon

Named ESPN’s Head of Digital Content & Audience Expansion last year, Rolon—ESPN’s highest-ranking Latino executive—manages over 800 employees. He continues to play a pivotal role in the content strategy of ESPN Bets and has expanded ESPN’s storytelling efforts with documentaries like “Las Amazonas de Yaxunah,” which tells the story of a Mayan women’s softball team. Rolon’s advocacy for DEI extends well beyond ESPN Deportes and ESPN+ Más. He’s a dedicated mentor and a NAMIC board member.
