My proudest professional achievement over the past 12 months is… The Altice USA employees’ resilience and dedication to serve. To see how quickly our teams came together for one another, for the business and for our local communities and first responders, has been awe-inspiring.
Your personal D&I epiphany? At Altice, joining one of our affinity groups is terrific and encouraged, but it is just one way to contribute towards the creation of the inclusive culture we are building. What is necessary, though, is the understanding that we each must take action to reach our collective goal of creating a culture that is fair, supportive, and respectful because the diversity of voices and perspectives among our employees is one of the most valuable assets we have.
