Was Charter’s Disney deal precedent setting? It was important because it brought to light in a public way the challenging discussions we have been having as we push to put customers back in the center and fight to get them the best rates, packages and access to direct-to-consumer solutions. We must adapt how we do business to ensure we provide customers with the best experience possible.

Business speak phrase or buzzword I find most annoying: I can’t stand when people say, “that’s the way we’ve always done it.” The ability to adapt and change is integral to our success and just because it’s something we’ve always done doesn’t mean it’s the best or right way.

Favorite way to de-stress? I’m a big Peloton guy. Any time I’m struggling with solving a problem, I get on my Peloton and it inspires me!

What emerging industry trend are you most excited by? Artificial Intelligence is the future! I’ve been fascinated by the rapid growth in the AI space and at Optimum we’ve been actively working to leverage AI as we transform CX, back-office processes, and tools for our teammates.
