Sky has been settling into the NBCU family quite well, generating $18.6 billion in revenue, and it hit the accelerator even harder when former Comcast exec Strong took the reins this January. Under her leadership, Sky boosted its aggregation strategy to bring apps and content to its Sky Q platform through partnerships with the likes of Paramount+, ViacomCBS, NBCUniversal and Channel 4. This summer, she unveiled new SVOD service Sky Showtime in partnership with ViacomCBS, which will service more than 20 European territories. On the business side, Sky launched a new arm of its UK business Sky Connect, which entered the B2B telecom market to help small businesses succeed in the connected economy.
