Dana Strong

In a world turned upside down, Strong was just the force needed to not only keep everything running, but to ensure Comcast continues to innovate. During the pandemic, Strong and her team extended 1.5 million Xfinity WiFi hotspots to anyone who needed them. That’s in addition to extending a 60-day free offer of Internet Essentials broadband to eligible customers. Not only did she keep Americans connected during COVID-19, but she served up more entertainment, with her team collaborating across the entire enterprise to support the launch of NBCUniversal streamer Peacock. Record broadband deployments for the company also have pushed Xfinity Flex, a service for Internet-only customers, into more homes. Her commitment extends internally. She’s a member of Comcast’s Women’s Network employee resource group, and she spoke to more than 600 employees at last year’s Women’s Network Summit. Strong has served on a number of boards across Europe and the US. Most recently, she was appointed to the Economic and Community Advisory Council for the Philadelphia Federal Reserve.
