Robinson not only coordinates his company’s diversity efforts internally, he’s also the main interface between NBCU and key national and local figures where the company’s diversity commitments are concerned. He also guides NBCU’s multiple internal affinity groups and is a member of Comcast and NBCU’s Joint Diversity Council. “In addition to our corporate diversity and inclusion team, we have dedicated diversity teams embedded in many of our businesses, which work to innovate and drive progress in representation, and ensure that diversity and inclusion are part of the everyday conversations and decisions,” he says.

What does your company/organization do to ensure all employees feel included?
At Comcast NBCUniversal we drive employee inclusion in multiple ways across the company. In addition to our Corporate D&I team, we have dedicated diversity teams embedded in many of our businesses which work to innovate and drive progress in representation, both in our content and in our workforce, and that ensure that diversity and inclusion are part of the everyday conversations and decisions. In addition, our industry-leading eight Employee Resource Groups, with combined membership in the thousands, are key to creating an inclusive culture at the company.
