Where do you work most frequently—home, office, road? If this were pre-pandemic, I could easily say I work from my office almost all of the time. Since we entered the era of “remote working,” I now spend 90% of my time at my home office.

How do you personally give back to your community? Homelessness, domestic violence, and people living without basic human needs is a major point of contention for me, so I am a proud director on the board of the Jennesse Center. The Jenesse Center is a nonprofit domestic violence intervention and prevention organization with a resolute mission: to restore, and provide trauma informed, culturally responsive, holistic, comprehensive services to survivors and families impacted by domestic and sexual violence, and to advance prevention modalities to sustain healthy and safe communities free of violence. I also am a firm supporter of the Dream Center in Los Angeles, the Dream Center serves as a resource center focused on providing support to those affected by homelessness, hunger, and the lack of education through residential and community outreach programs.

My best ideas come amid… engaging conversations with people who are passionate, knowledgeable, and inspired about what we’re ideating on. I consider myself so blessed to be surrounded by so many different people with so many amazing perspectives. Creativity is sparked when you are open to anything and everything.

Favorite place you’ve ever visited? I love to travel so it is so hard to pick just one favorite, but I recently spent some time in The Maldives, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience – so pure and beautiful! I have officially added it my favorite travel destinations list!
