When Field was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers in October, she thanked her vendor partners for their patience, joking that “no one ever says why in the hell are you asking that question.” That’s just a sign of the humility of this extremely experienced engineering exec. A former Women in Technology Award winner, Field’s been on the operations side for AT&T, AT&T Broadband and Comcast, joining Charter in 2015. She has a reputation for finding new ways to approach problems. IT solutions company Trace3 named her as a finalist for its prestigious 2017 Outlier Award, which honors individuals who consistently deliver dynamic innovation and outstanding leadership in IT.
