The Why? Aguiar has a passion for lifting others to succeed, particularly those with diverse perspectives. She has sought to engage interns and entry-level employees by offering them the space to pitch their ideas and be involved in projects supporting the company’s priorities. Her leadership championing the company’s Audience Expansion priority has had an impact on the success of ESPN, in particular on ESPN’s success with younger, female and multicultural audiences.

I’ve been fortunate to have worked for some of the greatest leaders at ESPN, all of which have been great champions, sponsors and supporters of me and my work at the company. Leadership has been nothing but encouraging and inclusive, and I’m incredibly fortunate to get to work with this team.
