With series like Bravo’s “Top Chef” and Netflix’s “Nailed It!” Magical Elves is a leader in the unscripted TV sector. A key reason is Kriley’s drive, along with that of co-CEO Jo Sharon, to deliver content that reflects a breadth of perspectives and experiences, created by diverse representation across all departments. A full 76% percent of Magical Elves’ permanent staff consists of women, LGBTQ+ persons and/or BIPOC employees.
“What makes working in unscripted a good fit for me is that it moves fast, is high intensity and allows me to spend my days working alongside co-workers who, similar to me, have a real passion for their job/craft, have a high work ethic and strive for excellence.”
