Carolyn Bernstein

Bernstein’s leadership has paved the way forward in content through Nat Geo’s rebranding last year. Pursuing premium science, adventure and exploration programming opportunities, she’s successfully worked with top creative talent on both scripted and nonscripted content including Katie Couric and Leonardo DiCaprio, to name a few. Bernstein believes in hiring the best person for the job in every case, allowing an open space for different viewpoints to come together in the workplace. She loves watching Pamela Adlon’s character on “Better Things” because “she’s authentic, hilarious and flawed in the way that women are in real life and don’t usually get to be on TV.”
