What’s been the most dramatic change in your sector of the business today vs three years ago?
The level of focus and awareness of the work that still needs to be done has been dramatic. The increased amount of highly sensitive conversations and engagement that people now believe is necessary and strive to achieve is critical to overall progress and inclusion. We learn through education, and experiences — and businesses are more open to that today.
My best advice for fostering open, honest communication…
