A year and a half ago, Charter announced its nearly $90 billion-dollar transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks. Since that time, Bohigian has overseen and orchestrated a review process that included obtaining the necessary approvals from the FCC, the U.S. Department of Justice, multiple states and more than 600 local franchises. She tirelessly led her team, coordinated various third-party supporters, continually communicated the benefits of these transactions and successfully obtained all approvals. The transactions closed in May 2016 making Charter the second-largest cable company in the U.S. Bohigian hasn’t let her busy schedule prevent her from helping senior women across Charter raise their profiles in the industry, in the media and within the company through press interviews and speaking opportunities. She also currently serves as a director-at-large on the WICT board.
