FCC Offers Second Chance for DISH “Designated Entities”
The FCC is offering two of DISH’s so-called “designated entities”— Northstar Wireless and SNR Wireless —the opportunity to renegotiate their respective relationships with the satellite provider so they can qualify for spectrum auction bidding credits the Commission previously forced them to relinquish in 2015.
